Who may use the service
Business customers and their authorized representatives may create an ATS Mobile account directly. ATS may verify account or business information as part of providing or protecting the service; creating an account does not guarantee unrestricted or continued access.
ATS may refuse, restrict, suspend, or revoke access when reasonably needed to protect client data, business operations, service integrity, or compliance obligations.
Permitted use
- Provide accurate account and business information when using ATS Mobile.
- Use the service only for legitimate business activities connected to your organization and ATS-managed sourcing or shipping work.
- Keep credentials confidential and do not share access with unauthorized users.
- Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing material.
Operational information
ATS Mobile may display quotations, shipment milestones, ETAs, invoices, documents, and internal status updates. Those records are operational in nature and may change as orders, shipments, or review steps progress.
ATS works to keep those records accurate, but operational data should be read together with the underlying commercial and logistics process, not as a promise that no status will ever change.
Communications
Messaging and document-sharing features inside ATS Mobile are intended for operational communication between account users and ATS staff or ATS-managed representatives.
Suspension and closure
ATS may disable or limit access to protect active shipments, financial records, documents, client confidentiality, or service integrity.
Clients may request account closure. ATS handles those requests through a disable-first workflow, followed by manual deletion when allowed after retention review.
Privacy and contact
Use of ATS Mobile is also governed by the ATS Privacy Policy. Policy and legal questions may be sent to legal@ats.network, and general support questions may be sent to support@ats.network.
